- Newell J. Smith Hall
- Six-floor, 425-bed residence hall, completed in 2006.
- Microbial Sciences Building
- 330,000 square feet for instruction and research. Completed in 2007.
- New Ogg Hall
- Six-story residence hall accommodating 615 students. Completed in 2007.
- American Family Children's Hospital
- 135,000-square-foot, 80-bed children's hospital. Completed in 2007.
- Mechanical Engineering Building
- 270,000 square feet of new and renovated space. Completed in 2007.
- Grainger Hall addition
- 131,416-square-foot addition to the Wisconsin School of Business. Completed in 2008.
- Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery
- Twin institutes dedicated to biomedical research, one private, one public. Opened in December 2010.
- Union South
- More than 276,000 square feet that doubled the amount of space offered by the Wisconsin Union. Opened in April 2011.
