Six-floor, 425-bed residence hall, completed in 2006.
Microbial Sciences Building

American Family Children's Hospital
135,000-square-foot, 80-bed children's hospital. Completed in 2007.
Mechanical Engineering Building

Grainger Hall addition
131,416-square-foot addition to the Wisconsin School of Business. Completed in 2008.
Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery
Twin institutes dedicated to biomedical research, one private, one public. Opened in December 2010.
Union South
More than 276,000 square feet that doubled the amount of space offered by the Wisconsin Union. Opened in April 2011.
